It’s really simple! You can book online by filling out our contact form, get in touch via email at raftingneretvanow@gmail.com, call us at +387 61 318 900, or reach us via WhatsApp. We’re available from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm (CET) daily during our season (from April until the end of October), and from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday during the off-season.
No, we do not charge for wetsuit rentals. At check-in, we’ll recommend whether you need a wetsuit, splash jacket, or river shoes based on current conditions. All of our wetsuit gear is provided at no extra cost. While we have a large inventory of equipment, it’s limited, so please arrive at least 30 minutes before your trip if you anticipate needing any wetsuit gear.
Yes, our tours are designed to be family-friendly and safe for children aged 4 and up. Our guides prioritize safety throughout the trip.
While there’s no single “best time,” we recommend planning based on seasonal weather and water flows. Our regular rafting season runs from mid-April through October. The Neretva River usually reaches its peak flow from mid-May to early July, offering some of the most exhilarating whitewater experiences. May and June generally feature cooler temperatures and occasional afternoon showers, while July through early September tend to be warmer and sunnier, though with somewhat lower water levels.
You are responsible for arriving at our office and must be there at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Trips will depart on time as scheduled.
